EMSCULPT® is designed for people who would like to strengthen, firm and tone the abdomen, buttocks, thighs or arms, alongside regular exercise and a healthy lifestyle. It is not a weight-loss treatment, and it is not suitable during pregnancy or with a pacemaker or metal or electronic implants near the area.
Six treatments, building gradually
Muscles respond to repeated work over time, so EMSCULPT® is planned as a course of six treatments, with the sessions close together at the start. Your practitioner will plan the spacing with you and review how the area is responding.

What to Expect
Preparation
Wear comfortable clothing. Avoid eating a large meal beforehand. Remove any metal jewellery from treatment area.
Your Treatment
The applicator is secured over the area and the intensity is increased gradually. You will feel strong muscle contractions, which feel unusual at first but should not be painful. Each area takes around 30 minutes.
Aftercare
Your muscles may feel tired or a little achy for a day or two, like after a workout. Stay hydrated. Changes build gradually over your course, and results vary from person to person.
