Alongside the brand facials we offer, our therapists have their own menu of facials, most of them hands-on and built around massage, cleansing and carefully chosen skincare. Some are simply restful, such as The Zen Facial. Others focus on clearing congested skin with steam and extractions, on bringing back hydration and radiance, or, in The Sun Rise and Seven Wonders facials, on skin needling. Each facial starts with a look at your skin, and your therapist will guide you to the one that suits it. The facials are available at Chichester, Petersfield and Bognor Regis, with the OxyGeneo facials at Chichester only. A short consultation checks your facial is right for you, and results vary from person to person.

What to Expect

Before

Preparation

Arrive with clean skin if you can, and tell us about any medication, skin conditions, allergies or recent treatments so your therapist can choose the right facial and products. If you have had anti-wrinkle injections or dermal filler in the last four weeks, mention it before booking the Buccal Contouring Facial Massage. For facials that include skin needling, dermaplaning or a peel, your therapist will tell you if you need to pause retinol or other active skincare beforehand.

During

Your Treatment

Your therapist starts by looking at your skin, and most facials begin with a cleanse. Depending on the facial you choose, your therapist may then use steam and extractions, an enzyme or chemical peel, dermaplaning, high frequency, LED light, masks and serums, massage with cooling ice globes, or skin needling. Allow 45 minutes to two hours, depending on the facial.

After

Aftercare

After most facials you can go straight back to your day. After skin needling, a peel or dermaplaning, skin can look pink and feel more sensitive for a short while, and your therapist will give you aftercare advice to follow. Wear SPF every day. Results vary from person to person, and your therapist can suggest how often to return.

If you want to switch off, The Zen Facial is built around massage, including the neck and shoulders. For skin that looks tired, The Lift Facial uses lifting massage techniques. Congested or oily skin often suits Steam & Extractions, The Detox Facial or The Anti Bacterial Facial, and dull or dry skin the glass skin facials. Your therapist will recommend one after looking at your skin.

Yes. The Sun Rise Facial includes light or targeted medical needling, and The Seven Wonders Facial includes digital skin needling. Neither is suitable for skin with acne, and your therapist will check your skin before either one. If you would prefer a facial without needles, just ask and we will suggest one.

A facial massage that works on the muscles of the cheeks and jaw from the outside and, for part of the treatment, from inside the mouth, to release tension around the jawline. It includes a double cleanse and a lighter facial massage. If you have had anti-wrinkle injections or dermal filler in the last four weeks, please tell us before booking.

It is designed for skin that has changed around menopause and may feel drier or less comfortable than before, with a focus on soothing, hydrating care. It is a facial for the skin and does not treat menopause symptoms. If symptoms are affecting you, your GP can talk you through the options.
