What to Expect

Before

Preparation

Arrive with clean skin if you can. Stop retinol and other active skincare 48 hours before, and tell us about any medication, skin conditions or recent treatments. A patch test may be needed for some treatments.

During

Your Treatment

We start with a look at your skin, then cleanse and prepare it before the treatment chosen for you. Depending on the facial, this may include exfoliation, extractions, enzymes, a peel, masks or LED. Allow 20 to 60 minutes.

After

Aftercare

Skin can look pink or flushed for a few hours. Avoid direct sun and wear SPF every day. After some treatments the skin may peel lightly for two to three days: let it shed naturally. Your practitioner will recommend ZO products to support your results at home.
