We recommend a course of four treatments, one every 7 to 14 days, which is also what BTL recommends. We will plan it with you at your consultation, and some clients choose occasional top-ups afterwards.

You will feel a warmth that builds as the handpiece moves over your skin. No numbing is needed, and your practitioner adjusts the energy based on your feedback. Your skin may look a little pink for a few hours afterwards.

Some people notice fresher-looking skin soon after a session. Firmness and hydration build gradually, and BTL's own result photographs are taken one to three months after the final session. Results vary from person to person.

EXION Face is designed for early signs of laxity, fine lines and dull, dehydrated skin, for people who would like a needle-free option. It is not suitable during pregnancy or if you have metal or electronic implants, and more marked sagging may need a different approach. Possible side effects include temporary redness and swelling, and less often crusting, blistering or a burn. We go through these with you at your consultation.
