What to Expect
Preparation
Your programme starts with a complimentary private consultation to check both treatments are right for you and to plan your schedule. Neither treatment is suitable during pregnancy or with metal or electronic implants, and EMFEMME 360® is not offered within three months of having a baby or while breastfeeding. If you have bladder leaks or other pelvic floor symptoms, the NHS recommends speaking to your GP, and we encourage you to do so alongside any treatment with us.
Your Treatment
EMSELLA® sessions last around 30 minutes, seated and fully clothed. EMFEMME 360® treatments take around 40 minutes in a private room, with a gentle warmth. We schedule the nine appointments to suit you.
Aftercare
Neither treatment has any downtime, so you can go straight back to your day. Results develop over the course of your programme and vary from person to person.
