What to Expect

Before

Preparation

Eat a light meal beforehand and drink plenty of water. Your first appointment includes a consultation and health check to make sure a drip is suitable for you and to choose the right one.

During

Your Treatment

Relax in a comfortable chair while a small cannula is placed in your arm. Drips take around an hour, and many clients read, work or simply rest while it runs.

After

Aftercare

Keep the plaster on for a few hours and carry on drinking water. There is no downtime, so you can go straight back to your day. How people feel afterwards varies from person to person.

We will recommend a drip at your consultation, based on your health and what you would like from it. Our menu includes the Immunity, Vitamin C, Wellness, Anti-Ageing, Metabolism, Energy, Menopause, Recovery and NAD+ drips.

It depends on the drip and on you. Your practitioner will suggest a schedule at your consultation.

Most people have no problems. You may feel a cool sensation in your arm or notice a taste during the drip, and there can be slight bruising where the cannula was placed. We check your medical history first to make sure a drip is right for you.
