At our Bognor clinic, lymphatic drainage is carried out with very light, slow movements over the skin, following the direction of lymph flow. Unlike a normal massage, it never involves deep pressure. It is designed to ease the heavy, puffy feeling of fluid retention, and you may feel lighter afterwards, though any change is usually temporary.
Sharon, who has over 24 years in skin and beauty and over 20 years in post-operative care, is our specialist in lymphatic drainage. As well as sessions booked around a flight, the menopause or a special occasion, she supports clients after surgery once their surgeon has agreed, working around incisions and never over them.
A 30 minute session is £45, an hour is £75 and 80 minutes is £100, or £120 for Full Body & Face. For the face and neck, the MLD Lymphatic Drainage Facial is £65. If you have lymphoedema or lipoedema, please speak to your GP or specialist team before booking, and every first visit starts with a consultation.
Our clinic is at 16 Dahlia Grove, with easy parking and Bognor Regis train station close by. We are smaller and more personal by design, and see clients from Felpham, Aldwick, Pagham, Nyetimber, Bersted, Middleton-on-Sea and Littlehampton.
