The Pyramid Facelift is a non-surgical facelift performed on the LipoFirm MED by Pollogen. In one appointment it brings together three technologies, each working on a different layer: TriFractional resurfacing for the skin's surface, VoluDerm radiofrequency microneedling for the deeper skin, and TriPollar radiofrequency with Dynamic Muscle Activation to tighten the skin and work the muscles beneath. What makes up the Pyramid Facelift

Performed on the LipoFirm MED by Pollogen, the Pyramid Facelift combines three technologies, each working on a different layer of the skin. Together they resurface, rebuild and tighten in a single appointment.

VoluDerm™ RF microneedling
Ultra-fine pins carry radiofrequency energy into the deeper skin, creating tiny controlled heat points that set off the skin's natural repair. This supports new collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid for plumper, smoother-looking skin.
TriFractional™ resurfacing
Fractional radiofrequency removes pinpoint spots from the skin's surface layer. As they heal, skin looks smoother and more refined, with softer fine lines and less visible acne scarring.
TriPollar® RF with DMA™
TriPollar radiofrequency warms the skin to encourage collagen and tighten, while Dynamic Muscle Activation gently works the muscles beneath, for example along the jawline, for a more lifted look.

What to Expect

Before

Preparation

Every Pyramid Facelift starts with a consultation to check it suits your skin and health. It is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with a pacemaker or defibrillator, or while taking certain medicines such as Roaccutane or blood thinners. We will tell you which skincare to pause beforehand, and it is best to avoid sunbeds and tanning in the run-up.

During

Your Treatment

After cleansing, your practitioner works through the three technologies in turn: TriFractional resurfacing, VoluDerm microneedling, then TriPollar radiofrequency with muscle activation. Expect warmth, a prickling sensation during the resurfacing and microneedling, and gentle muscle contractions along the face. Allow about 75 minutes.

After

Aftercare

Skin looks red and feels warm afterwards, and there may be some swelling and tiny pinpoint marks from the resurfacing. These usually settle within one to three days, so plan your appointment away from important events. Use gentle skincare, wear SPF every day and avoid heat and strong sun while your skin settles. Results build over the following weeks as new collagen forms.

Most people have a course of three, spaced about four weeks apart, and results build as new collagen forms. We will recommend a plan for your skin at your consultation. Courses of three and six are available at a reduced price.

The technology is designed for all skin types, and the treatment is often chosen from the thirties onwards by clients who want firmer, smoother skin without surgery.
