Post-operative care at our Bognor clinic

Our Bognor clinic is smaller and more personal by design, and Sharon sees post-operative clients here. She has over 24 years in skin and beauty and over 20 years in post-operative care, supporting Mr Darryl Coombes's patients after facial surgery, and clients of other surgeons after liposuction, fat transfer, tummy tucks and breast surgery.

Each hour long session builds on gentle lymphatic drainage designed to ease swelling. Depending on how you are healing, it can also include tape or dressing changes in line with your surgical team's instructions, scar massage once your wounds have fully healed, and light therapy with your surgeon's agreement. If your therapist notices anything that needs checking, such as a wound that looks infected, they will stop and ask you to contact your surgical team.

We start only once your surgeon has agreed. A Recovery Expert Programme session is £120, and the programme is usually 8 to 10 sessions spread across the weeks before and after surgery, at £750 for 8 or £900 for 10. The MLD Lymphatic Drainage Facial is £65.

The clinic is at 16 Dahlia Grove, a few minutes from the sea, with easy parking and Bognor Regis train station close by. Clients come from Pagham, Felpham, Aldwick, Middleton-on-Sea, Bersted, Nyetimber and Littlehampton.
