Post-operative care at our Chichester clinic supports you in the weeks before and after cosmetic surgery. It builds on gentle manual lymphatic drainage, designed to ease swelling, and depending on how you are healing, a session can also include tape or dressing changes in line with your surgical team's instructions, scar massage once your wounds have fully healed, and light therapy with your surgeon's agreement.

Sessions are led by Sharon, who has over 20 years' experience in post-operative care. She looks after patients of Mr Darryl Coombes, consultant facial plastic surgeon, after facial surgery, and also supports clients after liposuction, fat transfer, tummy tucks and breast surgery with other surgeons. Every session after surgery starts only once your surgeon has agreed.

Ideally we meet you before your surgery date to plan your sessions. A Recovery Expert Programme session is £120 for an hour, and the full programme is usually 8 to 10 sessions across the weeks before and after surgery, at £750 for a course of 8 or £900 for a course of 10. After facial surgery, the MLD Lymphatic Drainage Facial is £65.

Our flagship clinic is at 13 Market Road, in the centre of Chichester near the Cathedral and Festival Theatre, with parking nearby. Clients come to us from Selsey, the Witterings, Bosham, Fishbourne, Lavant and Arundel.
